HePoEx® Rapid Prototyping Workshop (RPW)
HePoEx RPW is an innovative and inexpensive process to help customers “test drive” HePoEx solutions and Microsoft Cloud Services. The goal of a RPW engagement is to build a prototype solution that can mimic the overall solution in terms of functionality and processes but not necessarily in size and scope.
Enough requirements are gathered to ensure that the features built into the prototype are a good representative of the desired solution(s). RPW builds consensus and excitement among stakeholders, process owners and IT and demonstrates a common understanding of the solution vision.
